Nipple Shield. Anyone Else Slaved To It?

Have you needed to use a nipple shield? We're you able to wean your baby off? When did baby stop needing it? How did you wean them off? Also. How did/do you manage feeding outside of home having to carry that horrid thing with you praying it doesn't fall on the floor or get lost while you're out...

I used it! My baby boy was too dependent on it. Almost a Month and a half using it. What we started to do was get a dropper. Drop breast milk in his mouth and then he would lauch. (Sadly didnt work for long and then he didnt want the Nipple shield. And we tried using a bottle and He loved it!) what we would do is Buy wipes that are used to sanitize Pacifiers if dropped (sorry dont have it on hand anymore) and bring that with us incase it was dropped or getting gross. We would keep it in a Plastic bag in the beginning then bought a container (a random one) to hold it in there.
