Nothing in this world is worth doing outside of Jesus. Holy Yoga offers a safe place to worship Jesus while doing yoga. Truly, Holy Yoga's first goal is to honor and glorify Him. The yoga is an extrinsic benefit or rather the mode in which we choose to meet with our LORD

Is there anyone who agrees to this? Yoga DOES NOT have roots in Christianity. Yoga is deeply rooted in praying to Hindu gods and Hinduism involves Idol worship which is not accepted by Christianity. So why take our Yoga alone? Do you agree that it is cultural appropriation?
