could this be contractions?
Ftm & i can't sleep. 😭 I'm 38 weeks & 5 days pregnant and i was wondering if what I'm feeling are contractions?
My stomach gets like tender & at the same time i get like period cramps in my pelvic area & the pain lasts for a couple of seconds... they are quite painful but i can still manage the pain. Are these "contractions" what I'm feeling? I'd like to know so i can start timing them 😭🙏🏼
