Help! Am I pregnant?!?

So I'm late, a whole week and a day late according to eve. I just took a first responds test annnnddd negative. I've only taken one. I'm not worried about if I am or am not, just wish my body will tell me what's going on. Also instead of a period I've just and snotty discharge. I do feel sleepy more than usual and hungry all the time. Just want to know to be or not to be, worried, excited, upset, happy, or sad.
