Sorry for TMI! Have gone from constipation to regular bowel movement yesterday and the day before as well as low abdominal cramps. Today its diarrhoea and baby moving like crazy! Could this be the start of labour? Currently 38 weeks 3 days

Yeah I've had this the last two weeks and I'm 38+4 weeks. /: it does mean our bodies are getting ready though!!

It means your body is getting ready... but that doesnt mean its going to happen soon, this can all happen 2/3 weeks before you go into labour
