young love advice

So my boyfriend and I have been together for about 8 months and we're fairly young 16 and 18 for you ladies that are out there do you have any advice about lasting longer through college and all the stress? We've been through a lot together already and if anything we are stronger than ever I guess. I know that sounds cliche but any tips? Or things to avoid. (Side note I'm very petty and I read into things way too much)
