Shortened cervix and bed rest

Hi ladies, I don't normally post on here but just wanted to see if anyone is in the same boat. I'm 24 weeks with baby #3 and had an ultrasound because at my anatomy scan they noticed my cervix was a bit short and wanted to keep an eye on it. Well it has shortened alot since then and now I'm stuck at the hospital on bed rest until who knows how long. I'm not having any contractions, no bleeding, not dialating, everything is normal besides the cervix being short. I delivered my other two kids at 37 and 38 weeks with no issues whatsoever. Anyone else stuck in a bed? What is your situation?
