need some encouragement

Im on day 39 of my cycle, ovulated according to my best estimate around cd 16. I had light bleeding on cd 30 (very different from my normaly heavy heavy period) and then had pink residue after wiping for the next 3 days. I have a doctors appointment next Thursday and tried a hpt yesterday but it was still negative. I have. Noticed major changes in my breasts, been suffering from fatigue and have had a few days of mild nausea. Im just tired of not knowing and an looking for some encouragement and/or advice.
