Anyone else experience this??

I'm 33wks 1 day and my privates hurt so bad. If I open my legs it hurts even worse, I can't get comfortable at night and I'm  constantly tossing and turning due to the pain. Is this normal?? It's my second baby but I didn't experience this at all with him. Also I've been extremely itchy all over and I don't know why... it doesn't matter how much shea butter, cocoa butter, or coconut oil I use I'm constantly itching including the palms of my hands. Should I call my OB?
