FTM! what should I do with this?

My baby is 5 months 1 day and she is getting so strong personality recently. For example, she love TV or game remote , she always want to reach and put them in her mouth, but if we don't let her chewing or took away she will screaming and crying like bloody murder even I hold her try to calm her down, she just cry and cry till she find something else is interested.....I don't want let her cry so much always I will give her what she want or take her to backyard to have some fresh air sometimes will help her down a little bit. Here is what I'm worries should I go be her what she want every time now? When I can try to teach her yes or no? I also try to talk to her what I can't give her that for chewing but I don't think she understand yet!
