Eat this not that pregnancy book?

Anyone read this book or pick it up? Saw it at Barnes and noble but saw it majorly reduced on amazon and was thinking of getting it.

I pick up just about anything that I think might give me any useful information ! And if I end up not using it much, I just have lots of goodies for
My next pregnant friend or sibling !

I have the what to expect when you are expecting and they have a section on nutrition and what to substitute the unhealthy stuff with that has a similar taste. I stuck with one pregnancy book that had everything

In my general opinion, other than avoiding foods that are food poisoning risk or high in mercury it's generally a good idea to follow the same nutritional guidelines as when not pregnant. Ben &Jerry's has a much healthier ingredient list and nutritional profile than Breyers even if more calories (because yummy dairy fats). I still avoid both since they use carrageenan as a thickener, and now because I can't have sweets with GDM, but it just seems like it's going to cause a bunch of unnecessary worry and stress to read that thing.
