Femininity is an expression. 
It's subjective but I would personally find things like form fitting clothes, light colours, wavy hair, just as some examples. Even on men, to me they just give a more feminine vibe.

Feminine for me usually is associated with the moon, menstruation, intuition, life, the maiden, the mother, the crone, beautiful things, sex, blood, night time, the ocean etc. I personally believe feminine and masculine isn't exclusive to what sex you are born with. I think everyone has feminine and masculine energy but some have more feminine (or vice versa) than masculine ( again, or vice versa) and with enforced gender roles it keeps women who have more masculine energy from being themselves and also oppressed and represses men that have more feminine than masculine energy and that's extremely toxic and bad for mental and emotional health. Masculine dominant people don't have to be male and feminine dominant people don't have to be female.

Being soft, always clean, polite, caring ,more nurturing by nature, emotional. Some can say talkative/chatty or more romantic than most.

Sure these are all gender neutral qualities, but to avoid offending anyone, I decided to choose minimal physical characteristics and more "natural" (animalistic) characteristics.

I have noticed in women and more androgynous or feminin men have smooth soft skin, very caring, polite, nurturing, more compassionate definitely show more emotion the. The more masculine/macho "type"

For instance, my little brother is a super "sensitive" cismale, he loves talking, very caring, romantic, nurturing and isn't afraid to show his emotions. Basically defeating all gender stereotypes. So typically we refer to him as more sensitive. Same with my older sister, she's just more sensitive than the rest of us.

My mom kinda eliminated feminine and masculine from our vocab growing up, there's was only sensitive and "rough"
