Needing Help With OB

My fiancé and I are living in TN currently for his job and I just found out I am about 5 weeks pregnant! We will be moving back home in October so it will be a couple months after the move home that we will have our baby. How would I go about finding an OB? Should I find one in MO since that's where I will deliver and drive home for my appointments or should I get one here and just deliver in MO without someone who's been with me through everything? I'm kind of worried about it. We planned this pregnancy but we weren't really thinking we were going to get a BFP this fast just due to my previous problems conceiving.
