Doctor appts & 11 weeks

I haven't been to the doctor yet and I'm 11 weeks today... My boyfriend and I both work night shift so it's hard to get there when they're open, and our days off are on the days that they're closed :( we're planning on going asap of course but it makes me nervous that we haven't had a chance to go yet. Any tips, reassurance, or anyone else in the same boat?

We did get an ultrasound at 9 weeks 5 days (I believe that's when it was) at the ER and the baby was healthy (180 BPM) but I'm just anxious.
