Yeast infections while pregnant

Every time daddy and I do the "baby dance" I end up with a yeast infection. We're 12 weeks pregnant so no protection is being used. He does finish inside of me as well. We are also both very clean individuals. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it just be my pH being thrown off by my pregnancy?
