slightly embarrassing 😬

So I'm 37+3 and have been having a lot of pains and discomfort and things, I have a scan tomorrow and not sure if they are going to check me. Problem is I have an ingrown hair on the side of my vagina and it's a big lump😬 it hasn't turned into a spot yet and it's quite painful so what can I do to make it go? My boyfriend has only seen my vagina a handful of times and it's always clean shaven and things so I'm worrying a little about labour. I know they see much worse and all sorts of hairy muffs but I like to be discreet and 'clean' not that hair isn't clean I just feel clean without it.
