Preeclampsia
So I have always had really low blood pressure and when I went into the doctor last week they said my blood pressure why high and I had protein in my urine. So I had to start monitoring my blood pressure and calling in every few days to tell them my readings. I, of course, googled the symptoms and those are both signs of preeclampsia, but my doctor never said anything about it. All I know is what I have read online.
Today my feet are so swollen and I'm getting worried. My blood pressure is still high also. Am I being paranoid since it's my first or should my doctor have told me about this already by now? I had to go in three times last week because my blood pressure was over 140/90 and they told me to call when it was and come in. But they never actually did anything, just made me come in and wait till it went down even slightly below that.
I'm only 35+5 weeks and they told me I can't work anymore because of my blood pressure, but once again aren't doing anything about it.
