I was very disappointed and upset when I went to my first appointment yesterday at 8 weeks 2 days and I get the news "oh, we won't be doing your ultrasound today because of insurance purposes" so of course I became frustrated because now I have to wait til my 12 week appointment to hear the heart beat. So I asked the doctor more questions to understand what was going on and they claimed insurances won't let you have 3 ultrasounds in 1 month. I had 1 at the ER and 1 at a follow up appointment. If I would have known that I couldn't have a 3rd one I would have skipped the follow up and waited 2 weeks for the regular appointment. I'm just ranting but I got over it and now I can't wait for May 24th so I can see and hear my baby! 😍🍼🤰🏼👶🏻
