So I had a dead line to get some paper work in for my insurance. It was due last week. I was called yesterday and the lady was being nice telling me she'd let me turn it in late but I needed to do it first thing today. So I did. When I got there to turn my stuff in she was giving me so much attitude. She snatched the papers up and told me she could cancel me if she wanted to. I feel like crap now. I didn't mean to forget. My mind has just been other places. I found out on wednesday things about me and the baby and then on thursday my grandpa had a stroke. I've just been so worried I spaced the papers.
