Common Broken Rules

I know I'll get flack from this, the "why do people care about the rules" and no I'm not talking about anyone in particular. I just want people to know that these are rules and this is why people get annoyed when they aren't followed. There's a very good reason why these rules were made. Maybe Glow will pin up another post explaining it more in full, but I thought this may help clear up any future hostilities. In no way am I trying to "callout" any users, thinly veiled or otherwise. I've just seen this as an ongoing problem. Feel free to express your thoughts below, please keep them polite.
