Is 2 months to early?

So I met this amazing guy 2 months ago and we've been seeing each other consecutively almost every weekend. I've never met a guy that cares so much about me. I usually wait over 6 months to even consider having sex with someone but we were in the moment and it felt right. It has happened about 3-4 times since the past month. I feel like I should tell him that we're going to fast and I want to focus on our relationship rather than the sexual tension. I do enjoy the sexual affection we have but I don't know how to bring it up to him that maybe we should wait 1-2 months before doing it again.
