Need some advice.

Hello! I've been talking to this guy from my work. He made the first move and ask if I'd text him. A week after we started talking we hung out and stuff went down (which I mean I'm more than okay with, he's really attractive) anywho, I want more out of this than just a fuck buddy but I don't know how to go about it. Help me! What do I do?
