Something weird is going on....

So im very confused at the moment. I had my period January 1st-5th but it was extremely light. I have an irregular period so I don't get it every month. Two days ago I started bleeding but its only when i wipe; its a light pink color accompanied by very painful cramps in my lower back and abdomen. Has anyone experienced this before?
