My period arrived a week early last night. Usually when it starts I have a pretty moderate flow, sometimes heavier. And really bold red blood. But for some reason I've just been spotting a light pink blood, maybe discharge. I know that this is sometimes an early sign of pregnancy (which I'm hoping is not in this case). But I also just recently went from working 6am-2pm to working 10pm-6am so my sleeping schedule has completely changed. Has anybody found this type of life change to affect their period.
