Do all doctors test for chlymidia? Please no rude comments. I'm trying to figure out some information.

Yes they do. And if you're pissed off or uncomfortable about it, you're not alone. Most of the time I go along with std tests because I'm convinced the nurses think I'm naive when I tell them I've only ever been with my husband and he's only ever been with me. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry, but ugh... I don't like it.

Yes. Chlamydia/ghonorrea, during pelvic they look for warts and sores and maybe swab for hsv/hpv . HIV unless you decline the test but that's ridiculous and irresponsible to do so . And hepatitis C if you have risk factors . That's just generally. There's lots of STI's out there so if you show symptoms or know you've been exposed then they test for that, as well. I asked my OB all this & one of my girlfriends is an OB nurse .

They test for all stds. Having chlamydia or another infection like that can cause preterm labor. Even if you know you don't have it, it's not like a painful difficult test or anything. You just pee in a cup and you probably are already doing that for most doctor visits anyway. ☺️ better safe than sorry!

Yes, and if they find that you have it they will treat it because when you give birth it could cause issues with the baby going through the birth canal and that std being there. I found out I had it and I've only been with 3 guys. It was heartbreaking when I found out but my fiancé stood by me and we didn't point fingers at each other because there's no way to tell who gave it to who. Just think about the safety of your baby😒💙💖

I never got tested for that (not even going to attempt to spell it) I did get my blood tested for syphilis hiv and aids. I was told from my midwife that those are the ones generally tested for during pregnancy as they cause the most harm to the baby but it could be different where you are located
