Cry it out
We are starting cry it out tonight with our 9 month old and I'm so nervous. Anyone try this for sleep training and any success? She doesn't sleep at all in the night and has to be constantly held or nursed or rocked and she's so cranky during the day from lack of sleep. This little needs to learn how to fall asleep on her own. 😭
