I've already come up with the name Oliver which me and my husband like a lot but my family hates it, His family loves it. i'm willing to try and find a name that both our families like but i haven't thought of anything i like more than oliver?!

It's your choice. I think it's horrible when others feel that they have a say in what you name your child. I had someone go as far as to look disgusted at the name I had chosen. If you and your husband love the name you've picked out then please don't let your family convince you to change it.

It's not their baby it's yours, so it doesn't matter. When he gets here they won't care what his name is, they will love him regardless.

My cousins name is paisley and when they told me, I hated it. Then she got here and I don't even care. Not my cup of tea but she's paisley and nothing else.

How could anybody not like the name Oliver!? It's so classic and professional sounding! That really baffles me lol
