Rh Negative Blood Type

Destinee
Someone enlighten me, maybe you have it and asked more questions than I did. I have Rh Negative, and I normally don't read up on stuff like this because it scares me and stresses me out. Of course I don't want that for my baby. However, my mom insisted I looked up more information on it because IF my baby girl is Rh Positive and our blood gets mixed in one way or another my body will attack her red blood cells and can cause great harm to her. My doctor just keeps asking if there is any spotting or bleeding, as that is one of the signs of my blood attacking hers, but are there any other signs I need to look for? Just to keep my baby and I safe for the remaining 13 weeks of pregnancy
Side note: I did get the treatment shot to help prevent any complication, but I guess you never really know nowadays.
