13 weeks heavy breasts

Alright. My boobs are huge. This is not new for me. I was a 36 G before I got pregnant. I have not gone up in size yet but they feel so much heavier. I am concerned about it messing up my back. Anyone else have this issue? Have you ever gotten breast reduction after the fact?
