Missed two periods! Neg

So I haven't had me period sence February I took two tests after the first missed period and they where negitive now I'm about a week late on my second period I'm nervous to test again I've been having alot of cramping in my lower belly and peeing so much and alot Everytime I pee, and I've been really bloated what should I do?
