Baby goes to sleep straight after a poop??💩😅

Question

My 7 weeks old was napping and then woke up to poop and before I even picked him up he is sleeping again. What do you all do?? (FTM)

Answer

Sometimes I'll wait to see if he's done, but if I know he pooped, I don't like him sitting in it too long. I don't want him to develop a rash. I usually try my best to change him without waking him.
