labial adhesion
At my baby girls 9month doctor appointment her doctor tells me that she has labial adhesion. I freaked out but she told me not to worry because it wasn't that bad but if it hasn't opened up by 12 months then she would prescribe a hormone cream to help out. I went home and looked it up online. Basically you can have labial adhesions all throughout your childhood and never even notice. When girls start to menstrate then it will open up by itself. So My baby is 10 months now and it doesn't look like her little hole is any bigger and to be honest I don't think I want to apply hormones to her vagina , like wtf. I rather it just open up on its own when she starts her period. Plus she's opened but not completely opened.
Has any moms out there experienced this with their daughter? Did you apply the cream or did you just leave it alone? Please leave your feedback, thank you!
