I'm 8 weeks along. Two days ago at work I experienced intense throbbing and cramping in my left side. I had just eaten a bagel but felt fine until I clocked on and began work. It lasted for two hours straight and was so intense that I had to sit down for 20minutes. I was also super emotional and cried in the bathroom for another 10min. After that two hours it suddenly just stopped! I didn't pass gas or anything but what I read online says left side pain could be gas. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be more worried?
