I've heard mixed reviews on this. Some women love it and others hate it. From what I understand , if you have at least a full B cup to C it works very well but if you are smaller it doesn't. I also heard it can cause your chest to hurt if you are a small cup because it squeezes your chest together and if you don't have much there it brings your actual ribs together. So in the end, research it and be careful.

They don't really work on small boobs, I couldn't pull them as close together as they needed to be hahaha like the two sides were already pulled as tight as they could go and I didn't see much of a difference. but if you're like a C cup or bigger they would work really well :)
