My supply dropped when I got my period again as well. I made my own lactation cookies and holy cow did they work. They sell them online and perhaps in some stores but I saved a lot by making them. The main ingredients that supposedly helped were oats, brewers yeast, and flax. Make some strong cookies cus the brewers yeast is pretty yucky lol
