distressed jeans?

I wasn't quite sure where to ask this, I just figured I'd ask because where else will I find a large group of women who knows about these things 😂😬 But anyway - I have two new pairs of distressed jeans. I'm trying to wash them as little as possible but I've worn them some and they're not fitting as tight as they do freshly washed and dried. I was wondering what I can do to help this. Would just drying them work or would that damage them? Distressed jean care tips?! I've never owned any until now and I don't want to ruin them!!
