I need suggestions, I want to repay the favour!

My family since finding out I am pregnant at 22 weeks aged 18 has been AMAZING. My mother has took me maternity shopping, taking me to all of my appointments and helping me out with college work. They have redecorated my room for baby coming and keep buying me little treats. Each time I'm ill my mother takes a few days off work to be with me and my dad is self employed so he is always around when I'm ill supporting me.

My mother and dad has organised my baby shower and I want to get them something to say thank you and fathers day is coming up so I want to get something extra special for him. What can I get my mother and dad as a gift to let them know how much I appreciate everything.
