I feel like the baby looks oddly shaped compared to other people's pics

Still early and generally in ultrasound pictures they look like blobby hot messes. The 20 week anatomy scan is when it will start to look more human.

I wouldn't worry about it at this point. Chances are your baby is perfectly fine.

That early sometimes the ultrasounds aren't clear at all. If they didn't say anything to you I really wouldn't worry!;) baby is probably just in a different position than others

It looks like they're just curled in and you're only seeing the curve of the back and very back of their head.
