preeclampsia? 37+5

Question

Did any of you moms go threw it and can tell me how you felt or signs

Ive googled it but its always different hearing someone go threw it personally

I randomly got a horrible headache and started to feel dizzy and faint and shaky.

No swollen hands of feet.. well it happens at night but thats always been normal threw out my pregnancy..

I developed HELLP syndrome at 25 weeks and had her at 25 weeks 4 days (very severe preeclampsia) and I had a major headache at first that didn't go away with anything. I was vomiting every 20-30 minutes. My vision was starting to have black spots. When I got to the hospital, my blood pressure was 142/114! Thankfully I went when I did because the doctor said if I would have waited 15 more mins, it could have been fatal. If you're in doubt, please go get checked. It's better to be safe than sorry!!

Terrible headache that Tylenol wouldn't help.
Pain in my upper right?(I forget) side...wherever the liver is.
SWOLLEN hands and feet. 
Mine got super severe and I was induced at 35+5. Baby girl was perfectly healthy, I ended up with postpartum preeclampsia.
