Nipple soreness help?

Anyone have any ideas for super sore nipples/boobs? I am 7.5wks and keep getting woken up because I move from one side to the other and my boobs KILL me! It feels better for me to hug a pillow against my chest at night but somehow during the night I lose it :( I just wanna sleep 😩

Sleep bras worked for me. But so did warm oil massages. :)

It's normal. I just wore a bando instead of a bra.

Wear a snug bra at night to keep them contained. Maybe even try an ice pack.
