What causes miscarriages?!

im scared to have one i just want to know if it's your body that does it naturally or stress or if you take a medication anyone wanna share what caused ur miscarriage? sorry i'm just very scared right now

When someone has a miscarriage, there isn't always a known cause unless there was trauma. 
Trauma example: car accidents, some kind of hard jerk/force to cause placenta abruption. 
Natural example: you're not producing enough progesterone. Progesterone supports the lining of the uterus. If you lose the lining you loose the pregnancy. 
That can be fixed with progesterone shots. 
Another one: cervical incompetence, you can have your cervix stitched shut to fix that. 1 out of 4 women will experience miscarriage, its a lot more common than you think and it's also normal, sometimes it's your body realizing that something is wrong with the fetus and miscarrys it. But if you keep having miscarriages over and over there is usually an underlying problem that can be fixed by a doctor.
