I have a nose piercing so sometimes it's very hard to get a burger out so I get it out, I know gross. But I was trying to take one out, and it was red and it was like a clot? I'm also pregnant, is this normal? I'm a first time mom

Yes it's normal, something about the amount of blood your body now has makes the vessels in your nose burst easier causing bleeds. My nose bleeds now every time I blow it, some times it's worse than others.
