postpartum weight loss

Sooo my LO is now 20 weeks old and with the weather starting to look up I can't help but feel the urge to start getting myself in gear to work out/loose weight . Only thing is, I'm old fashioned with weight loss. I don't do the short term diet plans like shakes or special workouts. I watch what I eat, try to keep everything in moderation and get as much physical activity as I can manage. My son comes first- I love giving him my full attention when possible so my activity may be taking him on a walk in the stroller or going on the treadmill or doing a Jillian Micheals workout DVD while he naps. Only thing I'm missing is someone to hold me accountable or to do this with. That's why I'm making this post. I want to make either a Facebook page, or maybe just keep this post, or an group email...something and thought...maybe there's girls on this app feeling the same that would want to do this with me. So- if you're out there and feel like you want to start this with me, maybe we weigh in every week or talk about food ideas etc- just someone to do it with. I'm currently 15-20 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight and don't have much of a wardrobe because my clothes don't look good on me and I'm sick of it. I would be happy with even loosing 10 pounds... so if you're in the same boat of wanting to loose weight, let's talk! ❤️
