please help!!!!

I completely skipped my April period. It was supposed to start April 11 and nothing. Around April 18 I had a little spotting when once when I went to the bathroom and then again on April 28. But no period. I have taken several pregnancy tests, all have been negative. WHAT IS GOING ON! Please tell me this is normal.
