I've been getting sick like I used too when I used to be pregnant and now my gums are bleeding again.

I had mirena a long time ago and the hormones made me feel that way, never had a pregnancy scare but of course it is possible. After having my daughter I have paraguard now and it's so much better.

Yes but I honestly doubt it ... I had the IUD before and it made me feel pregnant all the time, but I deff wasn't pregnant lol

I had a friend who was never on birth control, and never got pregnant. As soon as she got an iud to make sure she didn't get pregnant for awhile- she did. So crazy how things happen

I have always used the IUD as birth control and although nothing is 100% it's close like 99.99% The only way to know for sure of course is to test.  But I doubt it being positive.. We are only 4/5 months pp are bodies are still healing so maybe that might have something to do with it?
