need tips on how to get pregnant faster

Me and my husband are trying to get pregnant! We were going to wait awhile but my gyno is only giving me a year to get pregnant before he is removing my ovaries due to medical issues.... we have our daughter but we want at least one more... we have been trying for a few months and still nothing:/ I'm starting to get worried that it's not going to happen in time... so any tips would help please and thank you!!!
