Nasty

I can smell a bad odor coming from my right breast wich i thought i had thrush on but doc said it was fine what do i do?

I am breastfeeding and no i dont have any red spots or lumps it does not burn it did itch really bad after every fedding in the first month of being born my baby is currently 9 weeks old but no trush its only my right breast that smells oh and sometimes it does still itch Should i worry if this will do anything to my babys tummy?
