how do you guys work on stress?
Something small like having a doctors appointment across town or having to leave home to take an exam will really throw off my day. (I have a 4 month old who's with me everyday) I don't want him to feel my stress or know I'm stressed.. but cleaning, laundry; dinner, having a baby, college and PLUS my bf/babies father has no phone because it flew off the top of the car yesterday (lol) so we have no way to talk all day until he is home from work. Do you guys work out? Take medicine?
