Cleaning out our 2nd bedroom

So we have lived in our apt for over 2 years we have a cat who overtook our 2nd bedroom which has her stuff in it and she likes to sleep in there as well. Well we will be having our baby in late July so we have decided to clean the bedroom out since our baby shower is Saturday. I have noticed pee stains on our tile floors and I was wondering what would be great to clean with like cleaning supplies and all that.
