I took this enzyme also to help with any scar tissue that was present or adhesions this supplement dissolves any of those issues it's a natural product I took 4 veggie capsules a day after a month I started seeing clear tissue present after I would pee sorry I kno it's a lil to much but it works once again everything I took was all natural nothing harmful
